Conveniently located 1 bedroom log cabin.	Covered large side porch with view of forested mountain side.	Eat lunch to the songs of birds playing in the surrounding forest under the shade of the covered side porch.	A comfortable king size bed, surrounded in the natural colors of real wood walls.


Warm leather sofas in front of a large flat screen TV.	Spiral stairs to a small loft area with a futon.	Full size kitchen with all cooking and dining utensils.	Dining table for a quiet evening meal.

Location:

The forested property surrounding this cabin gives it a feeling of a mountain escape; yet civilization and Trails-End log Cabin are just a short walk up the gravel road. Hiking to beautiful natural water falls or tubing down Deep Creek & the Great Smoky Mountains National Park are just a mile away. This pet friendly cabin is situated on a semi-private, wooded hillside and only about 5 minutes to downtown Bryson City. The Cherokee entrance to the GSMNP is about 15 minutes up HWY19. If you are in the mood for a little more action on the water, white water rafting on the Nantahala river is about 2 minutes away.

Exterior:

The rustic style of this log cabin makes Trot-in a true mountain lodging getaway. The new gravel road end at a parking area large enough to easily turn around most vehicles. This cabin has a covered side porch so you can relax and just enjoy the natural scenery of the mountain forest and the cool fresh breezes.

Entry Level:

The front door is found on the side porch. The front door opens into the living area where you will immediately understand that Trot-in is no camp ground cabin. The natural elements of the log exterior continue into the cabin. The wood walls and Comfortable leather sofas in front of a flat screen tv create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Past the living room framed by a breakfast bar is the full size kitchen with full size appliances including microwave and coffee maker. All cooking and dining utensils are stocked and ready for you to prepare an evening meal. Through a door in the kitchen is the master bedroom. A comfortable king size bed awaits calls to your relaxed tired body. The master bath is equipped with a shower only.

Upper Level / Loft:

A spiral stair way in the living room leads to the small loft area over the kitchen. A futon is placed up here of additional sleeping space.
